Cancellation Policy
We get it.. sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make your appointment or are running late please text 407-443-3433 as soon as possible to give notice or reschedule.
• In the event that the appointment is not canceled 24 hours prior, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.
• A 10 min grace period is given for all services. If you are running behind please communicate that with your stylist prior to your appointment time. Appointments may need to be rescheduled and result in an 25% fee.
• 25% same day cancelation fee
• 50% no-show fee
